Peer Health Educators (PHEs)

Peer Health Educators (PHEs) are residential staff members who are peer specialists in health and wellness in their houses. They are a culturally inclusive, highly diverse team that represents all aspects of the undergraduate student community. Individual houses maintain their own contact and communication tools. iThrive

iThrive, a part of Wellness and Health Promotion Services and the Vaden Health Center, offers courses, workshops, discussion groups and internships as student opportunities to examine the the knowledge and skills of sustainable emotional well-being.

Resident Assistants (RAs)

Compensated undergraduate student staff who live in University undergraduate residences to help build strong and healthy residential learning communities which complement as well as extend classroom learning. Individual houses maintain their own contact and communication tools. Please contact your RA in person, by email, or at house meetings. If you need additional assistance, please call the ResEd Office at (650) 725-2800.

BeWell

BeWell is here to guide and empower the Stanford community to live healthy lifestyles and create a vibrant culture of wellness. Together with our campus partners, BeWell offers services and programs that educate, empower, and inspire the pursuit of well-being — no matter your age, health status or goals.

Vaden Health Center

Vaden is Stanford's student health center, supporting students with Medical Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, Confidential Support Team, iThrive, and other clinical and nonclinical services.
